Mountain Climber

The Starting Position
Start the Mountain Climber as with the push-ups – face down on your hands and toes – one line from ankles to head.
The Motions
Bring your left knee up towards your chest (underneath you), tap it lightly and then return it to its starting position. Now repeat the same with your right leg.
The Technique
- Ensure you keep the straight line between your ankles and head without sagging.
- To progress the intensity of the exercise, you can do the entire motion fluidly with a soft jump when changing feet.
The Mountain Climber is one of my best exercises because it works your entire body – including your core. It's an awesome time saver and it really tests the heart rate. Give the Mountain Climber your 100% effort and it will give you a 100% results!
