Probiotic and Prebiotic Supplements
These are not talked about very often – except for when mentioned in ads for yogurts on TV. These are essential for healthy gut flora – i.e. the balance of your 'good' and 'bad' bacteria in your stomach.
Very often if your stomach is not digesting your food due to insufficient 'good' bacteria, your immune system is weakened and you may develop food intolerances. If you're not aware of those, you may be causing chronic inflammation to your system, which in turn makes it near impossible to lose weight.
