A few days ago I wrote about the importance of doing what you love. It is important not just for your mental sanity, but very much so for your physical health.
Today, being the 1st of September, my friend Georgina and I decided it'll be a good time to set ourselves and you a challenge.
It's a month long challenge, and it's a VERY EASY one. Please take the time to do it for yourself. The benefit you'll experience for the little bit of effort you have to put in are enormous.
Also – please help us spread the word. So even if you don't feel you'll stick with it – send the link to a friend or Tweet or put the challenge on Facebook. The more people we can get involved – the more people we have a chance to help feel healthier and better about themselves. Now that's a cause worth making an effort for ;o)
So here is the September challenge:
Do at least ONE THING EVERY DAY that makes you truly happy and glad to be alive.
You can read the full article of why you should do the challenge, and what to expect out of it here: Why doing the things you love makes you healthy.
But the gist of it is:
Below is a PDF with 30 blank lines. Print it and then fill in 30 things that make you feel truly happy and alive. It HAS to be something that YOU LOVE doing.
The easiest way to find these things is to look at what made you happy as a child. Then think up to present day and write things down.
NOTE: I know food stuffs will come up in this list. My plea to you – don't include food things – unless of course you get a wellbeing pleasure from chomping on carrot sticks… We all know food is great at giving comfort, but this challenge spans beyond food…
So make the list – and then commit to doing one thing every day that makes you happy. Each day – tick off what you've done. And if you happen to do the same thing more than once – then so be it, but make sure you do something.

Please don't just archive this entry, and make some excuse for yourself as to why you can't do it. It's simple. It's quick. It's fun. You have no excuse for not making your own world a more wonderful experience.
And if you do manage to make an excuse and pass on this excitement :o) – please take a moment and Tweet it or Like it on Facebook – thanks.
